RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If you don’t love what you ordered you have 30 days to return it from the day of purchase. To be eligible for a return an item must be unwashed, unworn, in its original packaging and with original tags.
Gift cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. For hygienic reasons undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned.
To initiate your return:
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com to receive an RA#. Please provide your order #, item you wish to return and reason for return.
- Return your item within 7 days of receiving the RA # to:
- If you miss the 7 day return ship window your RA # will no longer be valid and the item cannot be returned. You will have to receive another RA # in order to make the return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
- If an item appears to be worn, washed, used, stained or has an odor and is not in resellable condition the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
We do not offer price adjustments.
